While checking my email today, I came across an email from an art show, Linden Postcard Show which was due to end on Monday night for entries. However the email said with difficulty of the online registration it has been extended until Tuesday evening at midnight. I wanted to enter this so though it was a great sign. However after registering and finding out more details, I have discovered it has a $55 dollar entry fee. This at this stage of the week is not a good thing for me, as do not have much money and therefore can not enter.
The price is not that important, as there is great rewards to enter such as prizes ranging from $600 to $5000. And if I didn't have a win, then my work and name would be distributed statewide as this exhibition will be held in Melbourne.
However it was good to register with the site for further development with my art career.
